Innovative Design

Thanks to its exclusive features, the RPG 30 & RPG 35 have compact dimensions that allow for side-by-side installation as all service operations are done at the front or rear of the unit. They are extremely easily installed and don’t require ducting, allowing compressor rooms to be kept at a minimal size.

Quiet Operation

Low noise production is ensured by our new discharge and suction silencer design. Additionally, cabin enhancements grant noise reduction thanks to the special soundproofing material, upgraded panel thickness, and enclosure air inlet and outlet ducts muzzled with lined single-chamber plenum and bends.

Easy Service Access

The design of these new lobe blower packages ensures that service points are easily accessible with hinged and removable side doors to quickly see and access inside. Additionally, the oil level can be checked from the outside while the RPG is still running.

Control Panel 

Featuring an intuitive menu, the control panel provides you with a real-time view of the lobe blower‘s operation for continuous monitoring of the device. This ensures you can spot problems and irregularities before they happen, thereby protecting your investment.

The control panel features a variety of operational functions available from the built-in screen on-site, as well as being available remotely. This allows you to monitor and configure each measured parameter and alarm from anywhere using a remote connection.

PBG is the innovative positive displacement rotary blower with 3 special profile lobes that, combined with a new configuration of the “low pulse” system, reduces the residual pressure pulsation of the conveyed gas below 2% of the operating pressure.

ATEX versions are available on request.

The standard RPG 30 and RPG 35 group includes:

  • Three lobe blower
  • External oil level 
  • Performance cooling fan
  • Electrical motor drive via v-belts and pulleys
  • Pressure gauge and filter clocking indicator 
  • Optimised discharge silencer
  • Relief valve that evacuates air or gas when the pressure is too high
  • Check valve that protects the blower against a backpressure when the blower stops and the pipe is pressurized
  • Noise-proofing hood
  • Belt guard.

Options and Accessories

We are able to offer several options and accessories to better fit customer requirements:

  • PG controller.
  • Relief and starting valve.
  • Additional silencers.
  • Vacuum silencer kit.
  • Reactive discharge silencer (PED, extra noise reduction)
